I just want to say, Pat Macey is our "Guardian Angel". From the beginning, she was there with the information we needed. Always smiling and pleasant, she was as excited as we were. Pat Macey was extremely competent, honest, and helpful when we purchased our new mountain home. She did everything she could to ease and simplify the process which was complicated by our being out of state and not familiar with the area. She also worked with all the involved parties when we had to postpone our closing at the last minute due to travel problems. Pat kept everything on track and we are very grateful for all her help...

Mick and I wanted to underscore, with this e-mail, our prior verbal comments regarding the tremendous job you did for us in marketing and selling our Blairsville home.
In marketing the home, you seemed to spare no expense in utilizing a broad range of advertizing tools to expose our house to a wide range of both local and remote prospects. The results spoke for themselves, as the number of qualified prospect visits was very significant and far in excess of results we had achieved with prior real estate agents. Additionally, you contacted us on virtually a weekly basis to update us on progress and discuss ideas to possibly improve the program. You also kept us abreast of comparable listings and sales, so as to help us position our listing price at an appropriate level.
In selling the home, you really excelled. Having sourced a qualified, interested buyer you helped us navigate through a number of very difficult issues that threatened the deal. In each case, your vast experience came to the fore to enable you to help us, find a solution. While the lengthy and frustrating process caused us to frequently "tear our hair out," you remained calm and very reassuring. Additionally, as each problem surfaced, you were able to call upon a wide range of "valued contacts" you had amassed through the many years you had been practicing real estate, to assist in providing a solution.
We would like to recommend to anyone interested in buying or selling a home to consider contacting yourself. We are very confident they would be as thrilled with the results as we were. You can't go wrong when you select Pat as your Real Estate agent. I looked for a house for 2 years, as I attended Lapidary School on a weekly basis. I would email Pat that I was coming up to school, and on Wednesday afternoon she would have several houses set up for us to view. Pat took my utmost concerns to heart; size, price, condition
and location to school. We found all that, plus extras in a yellow cottage in Blairsville, Ga. I have a beautiful country drive to school and can get there under 20 minutes. Pat also walked me through a Foreclosure sale which saved me money. I was very fortunate to have Pat as my agent as I gained a Special Friend too.
